How to link PR application with CIC account ??

I m trying to link my Application but couldn’t get the success .
Always click PR category and
then protected person in Canada
then
Application Number,Sir Name ,
Place of birth and country of birth
Then Married and Alberta Edmonton
But still could not attached my paper file to my account
Need help pls

Do not in include any people in the question where it asks, “how many applicants in the application?”

If you’re all in Canada, answer 5 to that question, but if not, only include the in Canada applicants in that question

Hi guys,
I have the exact same problem.
Always click PR category and
then protected person in Canada
then
Application Number,SureName,,
Place of birth and country of birth
Then Married and Ontario London.
My family is I, my wife and my son and all of us are in Canada but I am the only protected person.
I could not link my PR application to the account after 10 attempts in 2 days. Now it is locked for tomorrow.
Please help me to figure it out.

I could link my application.
Just select the number of people in your family as 1 even if there are more
