How do you know where your application is or which office it has been transferred to? As I didnt get any email stating that and also I cant see it anywhere on GCKEY

Similar cases ..even my file transferred to Missi. After medicals.. Then no mail.. No change in ECAS and no BGC
I think some delay due to holidays.. May be we all get the PPR simultaneously!! all the best

Jawahar Good Morning! If you look at my timeline below it matches with you except few days diff may be. No one tell how they work. How about a copy of your GCkeys how it looks ? BGC started or not?
After your medicals passed in Nov-2018.
My understanding is you haven't received any update until Dec-2018 where the status changed to BGC but in Jan-2019 it moved to NDVO.
My husband did his medical exam today, so I thought I would post my updated timeline...

Biometric fee request: September 7
Biometric fees paid: September 12
Biometric payment acknowledgement: September 28 AOR: November 27
GC Key linked: December 2
Biometrics request: December 3 Sponsor approval: December 4
Biometrics completed: December 6 VO transfer (to Dar): December 7
ECAS PA "we started processing...": December 18 Medical request: January 8
