We received DM statuses December 22nd and AIP on both sides on December 28th.
Waiting for Niagara Falls IRCC to communicate landing interview date.
Is anyone else on a similar timeline or waiting to hear from the Niagara Falls office?

Hi everyone, This is my first comment on the forum so I'm quite new to all this. I applied for my PR 26 March of 2018 (Family sponsorship), I've completed the Medical examination since August 2018, and the background check is currently in process. Does anyone have any idea how long the check usually takes till its completed? And after the check is done, what's the next step??

I am a March 6th Applicant I had received AIP on Jan 03. On the Sponsor side in ECAS its showing Decision Made but my sponsor haven't received any letter yet. Is it a good idea to call CIC and ask about it?

Same here. March 2 applicant and nothing yet since I submitted additional documents (mine is about employment things).

I think they will wait until the additional doc deadline (For me it is Jan 26) to view the document. That is what my representative told me. Not sure how accurate it is.

If you have received AIP it is safe to say you have got SA. Sometimes they don't send it....As long as you have DM, you are good....and just have to be patient for your landing interview date.

I (PA) got yesterday the letter (date: Dec 28, 2018) from IRCC saying that the processing of my application has been completed and IRCC Etobicoke will contact me for the finalization of my permanent resident application.
Is this the DM letter you all are talking about? And will this be the interview at IRCC Etobicoke?

Yes, that is the DM letter and your landing interview will be in Etobicoke. They will send you another email/letter stating the date and time of your landing interview with the necessary things to bring with you on that date. Congrats!
