Passport without signature

Hi all,

I'm from Syria and just about to submit my eAPR, but my passport has no signature. The signature field is there but its empty. That's because I coudn't travel to Syria to collect it, so my relative did it on my behalf. Would that be an issue? The passport is valid and I can travel with it without any problems.
