Hello people,
Hope you are having a great time.
I actually worked for a company in Noc A category from April 2018 Until September 2018,
basically for 6 months- working 40hours/per week.

However the company terminated me due to the merger with another company and I still need to get a PR letter from the HR

its been 3 months that i didnt work and was out of the country, As i am back looking for work.

my questions are as follows.

1)with 3 months or more gap of unemployed, will CIC consider my 6 month experience that i worked in a company for,if i get the letter from them.?
2) However, I am currently looking for a job, so i can work for another NOC which is O/A/B and work for 6 months to complete my 1 year, so basically they only count 1 year of work experience out of the total 3 years or they want you to work 1 year continuous at the same company.

3) I fear that i didnt ask them for the PR application letter, they told me that they will give it to me while i apply for my PR, what if i dont get a letter from them?, it is a good idea to sue them for that? i worked as a mechanical design engineer.

4) please help in find a job in ontario, in the NOC category required for PR

i am a really good person but things being unfortunate with me

If you are in Canada and intend to apply under CEC, it still counts. Gap doesn't matter as long as you can accumulate one year of experience within past three years
However it's entirely up to your employer how they want to provide the letter. You can't sue them if they don't give you the letter. They are not obliged to do it.

Alright thanks for clearing up! just one last question is that, if i get the letter from my ex company now and apply for PR a year later, Will cic have any issues of the letter being old dated to one year back?

No, that is OK, as long as it was written after the end date of your claimed work experience.
