Still having problems downloading IMM forms!

I've tried everything from trying different internet explorers to downloading updated adobe, foxit, etc...
does anyone have any other recommendations? Thank you in advance

Open the form in a new tab (in any browser, doesn't matter) and despite it giving you an error, just click on the download button (usually top right corner). Then open it from your downloads folder with an actual pdf reader (such as Adobe), instead of opening it in a browser. Browsers can't handle most of these forms, but they can still be normally downloaded (despite the error) and opened on a computer.
