Thanks for your help, Can i apply My PR renewal after 2 year as i am going to complete my 2 year in may-15-2018 or they can ask me something else..?
You have made a huge mistake by applying for your family's PR while you were in violation of the RO. You were supposed to wait until 2 years had passed in Canada, before applying to sponsor your family.

The most likely situation now is that your family's PR app will be rejected, and IRCC will begin process to terminate your own PR status due to violation of RO. If this happens you can choose to appeal it, but an appeal hearing can take years to schedule, during which time you are not allowed to sponsor your family. And in the end there is usually only a small chance for successful appeal.

You are already under review. It doesn't matter that you will have 730 days in a few months.

You need to wait to see what the outcome is of the sponsorship application.

CIC has already started a review of your PR status because you applied to sponsor your family. Again, hopefully you submitted very strong H&C evidence to explain why you have been outside of Canada.
Hi can you please help me if I can apply my PR renew after 15 may 2018 as I am going to complete 2 year in Canada.

You are already under investigation. So it may be too late, the process to review terminating your PR status may have already begun. You will need to just wait and see what happens.

You were supposed to wait until after completing 2 years, before applying to sponsor family.

Your question has already been answered. You have already triggered a review of your PR status by applying to sponsor your family. You need to wait and see what the outcomes of this application are before there's going to be any point in renewing your PR card.

Hi, I had a question about the "compassionate grounds" condition. I landed in 2018 & I have been working in Canada for 4 months now. My parents are old and very sick so I have to move back to my home country to take care of them. Can I make a case to CIC that I wasn't in Canada because I had to take care of my parents and I couldn't bring them to Canada?

I can provide proof of their illness. Please do let me know. Thanks!
I am trying to assess my options.

Others can comment and only take this as a personal view but I have doubts of success given if you only landed in 2018 then IRCC might view that when you applied and landed that your parents were already old and sick. With immigration unfortunately it sounds hard but is a scenario nearly everyone has to deal with at some point being away from loved ones.

Ultimately the most you could stay outside of Canada would be near 32 months given you have 4 months credit already after that whether you could claim H&C for not meeting the RO either on a future entry or applying for a PRTD or PR card might be a matter of luck.

Good luck if when the time comes you decide to try.

Thanks for the reply. I believe what you are saying might be a possibility but if I can prove that my parents needed assistance and couldn't do daily tasks by themselves, will that be a compelling case? I can provide evidence of Dr. Visits and prescriptions etc.

You can hire someone to take them to the doctors and do cleaning from them. You applied to immigrate knowing the would be an issue so it is not an H&C issue unless something acute happened like a surgery, cancer diagnosis, sudden hospitalization and that doesn't warrant staying away for years.

I see. Okay, that makes sense. Thanks

Hi Memebers just joined this forum and hope this is the right thread. Let me explain my case:

1. Landed in Canada (me and wife) as PR on Dec 2003 and stayed and worked there till May 2006.

2. Returned to home country but worked for same Canadian employer till 6-7 months more. Then position got closed.

3. Reasons for returning were multiple like - not getting the right paying jobs, struggling to have a kid, old parents, etc.

4. Now I want to renew PR and based on Canadian Immigration official website need to apply for PR Travel Doc (PRTD) I have 11 yrs old kid born in home country

5. Researched on Internet and would like to have a strong H and C grounds

6. Feel below points may make a strong case
a) Maintained ties with Canada through employment, taxes
b) have gained good experience and work for big multi national company which has good presence in Canada now
c) Have necessary funds to support me and family
d) Best interest of Child ( for him to be in Canada and make a better future)

Please provide insights. Thanks

Others can comment but you appear to have been away for 13 plus years so your chances to me seem slim having failed the residency obligation by a significant amount. None of the reasons you state would be grounds in my view for H&C consideration.

Paying taxes not really that relevant to RO and Canada employment would needed to have been a temporary assignment outside of Canada for a Canadian based employer, 13 years not temporary obviously.

H&C tend to be looked at if someone had to care for a terminal or very sick relative with no support in home country . In your case everything to do with failing the RO was a personal choice to leave.

If you apply now for a PRTD it would likely lead to your PR status being revoked.

The only option would seem to be if you have a US visa to try entering via the US land border and hope you are not reported. Then you would need to stay put for 2 years and have no contact with IRCC or attempt to renew your PR card. You could not in this time sponsor anyone such as your child for PR and also the chances of the child getting a TRV could be doubtful.

Other that that if PR is revoked or you renounce you would need you apply again from scratch

Above only my view others may have a different view but does not seem hopeful
