While uploading the docs for education section, other than IELTS and ECA, should we upload all the marksheets and degree certificates for the same. Please confirm
Yes, however, I would suggest you to upload transcript rather than mark sheets.

I have all the mark sheets and degrees but no transcripts.
I do not understand the logic. I feel ECA should be enough to explain the educational credibility of a candidate

Yes but if your birthday is after ITA you will loose points when you submit your application and become not eligible.Read about birthday after ITA
What if we submit all the docs before the birthday..
I have my birthday on 15th feb and last day to submit my docs is 18th feb. So if I submit my details before 15th, even then there will be points deduction??
Please confirm

Please go ahead and upload your marksheets and degree certificate as well along with the ECA report, together with the IELTS report.

Although it is not required to upload the IELTS and ECA report in that specific placeholder, but it is highly advised to do the same.

Exemption to section A11.2: candidates whose birthday occurs after they receive an ITA
An applicant may have a birthday after they receive an ITA but before they submit their e-APR. Their change in age may lower their CRS score below the lowest score in the round of invitations. It may also result in the applicant no longer meeting the minimum requirements of the FSWC and, consequently, no longer meeting the MEC, resulting in a refusal based on section A11.2.

When a change in age results in the candidate no longer meeting the MEC or having their recalculated CRS points score fall below the lowest points score in that round of invitations, officers should consider applying the public policy to exempt applicants for permanent residence from certain age-based requirements between invitation to apply and application, based on section A25.2. This consideration can result in an exemption from the refusal of an application under section A11.2.

This public policy also grants an exemption to applicants who may be refused for failing to meet FSWC program requirements when their birthday occurs between the ITA and e-APR.

You have to get three things to include everything. 1) 6 months bank statement 2) Account current balance letter (it will include your account number, account opening date, your name, bank contact details, current balance etc) 3) No liability letter (this will show the status of any loans/ debts). Hope this helps!

I think you need to get the same name affidavit. Search for a sample one on the forum.

WRONG!!!!!
Read carefully your own post.
