Yes - you can apply for PR if you qualify. You will have to research the programs to determine if you qualify. I would recommend you start by researching the Express Entry program.

Hello, I would suggest you first complete an english test, and Educational Credential Assessments and check you qualify for any EE direct ITA. If not, then search for provincial programs.
