Aren't you trying to press the numbers too fast? Some instructions can be skipped by pressing a number, but others you have to listen to until the end.

it's very random.
Only two Nigerians that I have found currently have their applications there and they were moved from Ottawa after approvals.
I hope yours isn't moved.

I tried to do it slow as well.. :) didn't work..

Anyway, I used now 1-2-0 and in worked.
Agent was very nice, I had ghost updates on December 14th and December 17th, so I was wondering..
Agent said that at this point I have nothing to worry and I'm close..
Eligibility passed, criminality passed, didn't mention anything about BGC.
Probably that's why I had 2 ghost updates.

Called and finally got through to an agent this morning who was pretty nice and helpful. Also tried to feed me the progress bar line though.

Eligibility is under review
I'm not sure if that eligibility under review is something to worry about. He said everything looked to be in order and that average processing time is 6 months. I told him my working visa ends at the 6 month mark so if it takes longer than that I would need to get a bridging visa but he didn't really give me any insight there. He said applications are still a 6 month process so to just keep looking out for updates over the next month.
Doubt I'll be getting PPR by the end of the year though.

What's your eligibility review for? Did you order GCMS notes?
 
Just spoke with agent...he said Eligibilty passed... Ur medical expired in Nov so it is depend upon officer whether he ask new or no. Keep checking ur account. At the end he said when I asked about BG he said not start Eligibilty passed but not fully passed as some of step are going on... His word was... All GOOD SO FAR and wait for few days more to update.. Good luck... Now need ur review about it... Thanks

He didn't know or didn't say. He said it as if it was a positive thing like as if it was finished and I asked to clarify if there was more to be done on eligibility to which he just said he wasn't sure. Haven't ordered GCMS notes but might have to now.
