Hi,

In 2012, through my wife's lawyer (now ex-wife) we filled for my immigration. Unfortunately shortly after we got divorced and l left the country.

Now i am thinking of applying on my own for immigration since my son is there, but i do not have any records or Identification number. Since the application asks if i have applied before and if i press yes it asks for my identification number which i do not have, i do not know what to do or where to check it from.

Should i say i have not not applied? but then that would not be true.

Would truly appreciate if someone can help me out with this.

Thank you

Yes, you need to declare you did apply. No need to give the application/ID number if you don't have them...month/year and type of application is enough. They can verify it themselves with your name and those details.

Thank you bellaluna

Just one more thing, is there anyway I myself can find out about the previous application?
