Hi, I got a bad news today. The application status says Cancelled.
For my spouse, the Hungarian embassy in USA provided English Translation + true copy of the original Electronic certificate. We took a color scan of the document as was received from the embassy. Embassy never provided us anything else.
So the document by IRCC says the application is incomplete and hence cancelled. Fees will be refunded.

The question I have is:
Can I resubmit the application using same profile? Or by creating a new profile?
Or even if I submit my profile again, it will be cancelled?
My CRS is around 465+ so I expect an invite if profile is submitted again

Meanwhile we will check with Hungarian embassy if they can provide the original electronic document
Sorry to hear that....Was this before MEP got cleared?

Yes it was before MEP cleared.

Funny part is, I applied for Hungary PCC from Canada (Toronto consulate of Hungary), I received an original Hungarian copy + translation
My spouse applied in Chicago, there we received true copy of original electronic certificate + translation.
Everything is provided by Embassies and scanned copies are in color of original documentation
So it was nothing out of ordinary that we did.

Instead of raising a query, I am thinking of reapplying.

My main concern is: is the cancellation considered a negative aspect in next profile when it goes for verification at IRCC?
The IRCC document says it is cancelled as incomplete

I would suggest raise a CSE and see if they accept...Explain properly what you explained here and you might be lucky...

Also there is no negative impact of any cancellation whatsoever....We are humans we can make mistakes...As long as it wasn't a fraud(which it wasn't in your case) you are good to go again....

All the best in any case...

If you are planning to re-apply, will you submit the same documents again as you received from the Hungarian Embassy? If so, I would suggest to raise a CSE and explain
However if you are sure you can get the Hungary PCC exactly as per CIC requirements, than re-apply. You can find the details on the below link:

Hi, I had my AOR on 24th Nov, still waiting to pass the MEP.
Few days ago I went trough my documents, and just noticed that 2 of my employment reference letters don't have a date of issue on them(the date you usually put in the top right corner of a regular letter), every other info required by CIC is there.
Should I be worried? or is it ok? I checked all over the internet and CIC website, and there is no requirement to put such date on the document.

to clarify, letter 1 - worked there before ITA - no date
letter 2 - worked there before ITA - no date
letter 3 - still working there- has a date

For letter 1 & 2, the period of employment would've been mentioned on the reference letter right? and that period is before the ITA date, than you are good.
Letter 3 since it is your current employment, the date is required

Yeap, that's the exact situation. Good! I can relax now

I raised a CSE about mistakes in the translation of references on Sunday. Additionally I asked in which office my application is.
I recieved the answer in the morning saying that my file is in Central Intake Office Sydney.
What does it mean? I have heard that files should be redirected to local offices in which their processing is done.
