Hello,

I am looking for a large property in the Yukon / NW territories and am a German citizen. The forest property should be as large as possible (power connection / water connection is irrelevant for me). If no road leads to the property is not too bad but would be better. Property in the mountains is ok under certain circumstances a bit preferred but that is not important at first. Featured Area https://imgur.com/rHJm8j3 It should be allowed to build a (holiday) home there or have a good chance of getting a permit.

Could someone please tell me if I can buy such a property (from private? / State?) And where or what I google / must do.

Thank you

However, I'm not sure that you have the remotest idea just how hard it is to live in that part of the world, let alone build anything there, with no pre-existing infrastructure. Good luck anyway.

Concur with the above , it’s a very tough part of the world to live and even tougher off grid
I’d probably get my ducks in the right order first
See if you qualify to live in Canada first , it’s all about qualifying, doing research about immigrating to a different country ,then check about buying and building a place
Because if you can’t do the first , the second won’t matter

I dont want to move to Canda I want to have a house and large lot for my family to do holidays. I know that this are is extreme could not someone give me information how to buy a lot of the goverment. I am a skilled carpenter and got a lot of experience in surviving in the Nature and offgrind

I thought about this already and I know its crazy but with the right people plan and motivation is a lot possible. But I only can plan if I know more about buying a lot
How can I buy a lot of the goverment without getting canadian citizens

You most likely won't be buying from the government. You'll be buying this land from another private individual. Check here to see what is for sale.

Obtaining Crown Land (owned by the Canadian government) is likely to be reasonably difficult, so your options are very limited.

Surviving in nature and off grid in Germany is very different from doing the same thing in northern Canada.

I am looking on this page since 2 years without finding any good lot

In that case your best bet is to contact a licensed real estate agent in the area to assist you with your search.

If I am an canadian could I buy crownland then? Without a farm. I could build an emergency cabin for people that got lost and put there a satelit phone

Not sure why you are focused on crown land. There are lots of private land and that will likely be you only or best option. Such a specific request really needs a real estate agent who may know people in their community who maybe unofficially have land for sale.
