I have read that and if I understand it correct it would be a chance for me to get a lot if i support tourists. And emergency cabin is support or not I have no clue can not someone explain to me more instead of saying the land is offgring or thinks like that.... first i want to know the posibilities then I go explore the land more

If you are not a Canadian citizen, PR and a full-time Yukon/NWT resident you will likely not be able to purchase crown land.

You really need to be speaking to lawyers and real estate agents who specialize in this area. This is a very specific request. Or go and visit and ask around and see what is available to purchase. These are small communities where land for sale isn't necessarily posted online.

I don't think that there will ever (in our lifetime anyway) be "tourists" in the areas you are looking at. One "emergency cabin" is not going to do anything...

That "little" area that you highlighted is about the same width as the whole of Germany.

Crown land in Yukon is available only to Canadian citizens and PRs who have lived in Yukon for at least one year.

Not everyone is able to get this crown land. What you intend to do with the land (if you are eligible as per the specific rules for this) would make the difference
