So, I've applied for PR and am getting a score of 437,

Now my consultant asked me to study for 1 year in Canada and get a degree which would boost my score to about 452.

I've wanted a Jan/March intake and hence decided to go with the private college called Canadia college for higher studies.

Now, it is a designated college with a valid DLI number, my only concern is wil the points be added to CRS score.

A college has to be recognized by the Canadian govt right

So are you getting in as an international student, get a work permit and work in Canada before applying for a permanent residency?
If this is the case, I would strongly advise against going to a private college, even if it has a DLI number. Always stick to public colleges. It’s because there’s a big chance your post graduate work permit will be denied if you study at a private college

FYI - It's far too late to get a study permit for the January intake. March is the earliest you'll be able to do.

I've already applied from India and have a score of 437, will education at a private college add 15 points

Have you maxed out your IELTS score ? What is your current IELTS, doing better in IELTS may be adequate to earn another 15 points.

Not sure if you will add 15 points but you will sure drop points for age (assuming you are 30+)
