Bro!! Draw was conducted at that time..they don't publish on CIC site immediately...they might have already conducted the draw by now..but just that they did not let us know yet!! Got it? I give up if you don't get it even now

In simple words it is mentioned on the 1st page and 1st post..... the date and time of the draw
The time it is posted online is different than the time it was conductedGood one! This is exactly what I said earlier
It’s simple guys. @Reddiered07 has been on this forum for quite sometime and he knows well about the draws.
To explain in simple words- if draw happens at 8 am Ottawa time, it will show 8 am on the site but it gets published on the site after some time may be after few minutes or hours.

That's the time of the actual draw. It then took a couple of hours to upload to the website. Why don't people understand this!?
To be honest, it doesnt matter what time the draw happen as long as it happens today. I don't think that topic is worth debating or discussing.
