Group for appeal due to "genuineness"

Hi guys I'd there a group for people going through the appeal process for applicants denied due to genuineness of their relationship?? Court hearing soon and would just like some insight as to what might be asked

Thanks! This one I think is a bit different I'm not sure though the said they denied because of age difference.... He's 35 she's 55

This thread is full of many many different people who are going through the appeal process. The thread is not about one specific case. Again, recommend that's the best place to post questions and that you spend time reading through the posts in that thread - it has a ton of very good info.

If that difference is outside the cultural norm and there is insufficient balancing evidence of genuineness, the denial is reasonable. Good luck ..
