Hi everyone! It's my first time posting. :)

I'm filling out the forms to sponsor my wife's PR (she's Thai). I've got a few questions that I'd really appreciate your help with...

From imm5532 question 9:

1. I listed our traditional Thai wedding. Should I also include getting our marriage license at the government office (amphur) too?
2. Our wedding was Buddhist/traditional Thai and we didn't have an officiant or person who performed our wedding like there is in a Christian wedding. Is it okay if we don't write down a name of a person who performed our wedding?

From checklist imm5533:

3. The checklist says that applicants from Thailand don't need any extra documents. But in a different section, the checklist says to include copy of national ID and family book if necessary. I assume she doesn't need to include these, right?

Thanks for any help you can give me on these!

1. I mentioned both the official wedding date and the party date
2. dont leave anything empty. Add a paper and mention why you left it blank (same as you wrote here)
3. I didnt send the booklet or ID and didnt have any problems
4. Better if you post on the main page cause youre in the Singapore timeline thread...
Good luck

1. yes, include both. include your engagement too (whether your families attended or it was just private between you and your spouse). provide pictures when you got your license, did your ceremony, etc etc..
2. so no one led the wedding? no MC, nothing?
3. I included my wife's national ID and family book.

when in doubt, include as much information as you can.
