Hi,

Can somebody confirm if the SWOP applied in Toronto allows one to take up a job in Vancouver ? I mean is it an issue if the Sponsor is staying in Toronto and the PA takes up a job in Vancouver during the Inland Spousal Sponsorship process ?

One of the requirements of inland sponsorship is that you be living together during the sponsorship process. So yes - it's quite likely going to be a problem if you live in different parts of the country and will put your PR application in jeopardy.
