Visitor Visa financial need

Hello Everyone!
I would like to verify if how much should the show money or financial capacity is needed to grant the tourist visa here in Canada.
My girlfriend is planning to stay in Canada for 3 months. The ex-boyfriend of her aunt (they have baby already) will provide the invitation for her.
Do you know how much money does she need to prepare?
Is it possible for her uncle to invite her? They are not blood related.
Can both of them combine their savings?

3 months is a very long time. The length of this trip will likely make IRCC concerned she has plans to remain in Canada long term. Does she have very strong ties to her home country? Has she traveled extensively before? If she wants to visit for that long, she should really be able to show that she has the funds on her own (not through combined funds).

Oh thank you very much for your response scylla. She doesn't really travel a lot, she only gone to Japan and korea. She is a nurse for 5 years already. So you suggest that she will limit her stay here in Canada for like 3weeks max? she only has around CAD3,500 in her account. and her uncle couldn't inviter her right?
