The last applicant on this thread (chronologically) is from Sep 28 with AOR on Oct 20. She got her MR on Nov 29. That being said, yours should be just around the corner although keep in mind that we got 4 more applicants I know of, including myself, from Sep 11-13th still waiting for MR when everyone else behind us got theirs.
Not sure how the processing works but I have a feeling ours is being handled by the same agent who is either super lazy or took a week or two off from duty.

I have the exact same timeline of this applicant, however, I sent me medical exams upfront and passed.
Looking forward to getting the OWP by the end of this month if everything ran smoothly with their processing times.

i did mine in finch avenue, north york,. they charged 240 dollars including xray and accept cash or debit. they also have e-panel. i was there last saturday and we were out within 1.5 hours

We sent our application in and tracking shows it was received November 28, 2018. We also did OWP.

I am nervous that our app will be sent back due to no marriage certificate. But it is taking so long to receive it. I did give an explanation with evidence. Anyone else have similar issues?

Hi! Here are my thoughts...
If you provided an explanation for the missing marriage certificate that's not a reason for them to send back your application unless they've found mistakes or any other missing documents without explanation, etc. I believe you'll have to provide it some when but no reason for sending back.

I honestly don't know why it is taking so long to receive. I included screenshots of the order status. im currently on hold with them right now.

Did you send via CanadaPost? I believe they are still on strike. I've heard others people apps took a bit longer as well. But make sure you keep following the track number updates.

When ordering my marriage certificate, I was not given a choice as to which mail delivery service I would receive. But I spoke with provincial government today, and it is still processing, so the delay is not because of delivery.
