Advice regarding Intention to re-establish in Canada

Hey guys

Please share you expertises and advice on the following matter:

I (PA) received an email from CIC to provide proof/plan of Sponsors’s intention to re-establishment in Canada. We applied for Outland applicantion and we both are living outside of Canada. We have 45 days to submit.

Since sponsor does not have a letter of employment or any property in Canada. We are planning on proving the bank statement to show money saved for our establishment and statements from PA and Sponsors stating to live in Canada once the applicantion has approved and letter from family to show we will live with them while searching for jobs in Canada.

Would this be suffices? What else could be included?

I was also wondering if anyone is in same situation or if someone has been through same situation and you provided same documents.

If you have been through it. Were the applicantion was approved? Or were there any problems?

We had a family friend writeca letter stating they have offered their home to us until we get on our feet. This seems to have been accepted by them
