All my situation is that I am a single divorced mother. Have recently returned to canada with my daughter after my residency appeal was allowed on H&C grounds . My son who was adopted by my relatives in my home country has to reunite with us as the relative is too old to keep custody. I have a US visit visa and my son also has one. Instead of taking the Travel document route (which may take time) if i just enter canada through the US border along with my son with all the identity documents, is there a possibility that they let me through or issue my son a visit visa at the border? (son is not from a visa-exempt country). Since I am a PR would they let my son through and i can apply for him once in Canada? please request urgent advice as my situation is getting difficult and i can't take a long route since me and my daughter have just returned to canada. Appreciate quick advice please

Your son needs a TRV to enter Canada. No - they will not let him enter Canada based on your PR status. He needs a TRV to get in.

As said above, no, they will not let him enter.

If the child was adopted by someone else, he is not legally yours. You need to sort out that before you attempt to do anything with the child.
