Track Passport?

I Just Submit my passport yesterday.And VFS send us a Tracking Code.But When I Track the code they just tell us that "No Record Found"

Track it with the tracking number on the receipt, not the tracking number you got through email or phone number

can anyone reply this query please!

What can be done if not get any reply from CIC after even 7 days for request of dependent VO change to local since we live in different countries( i am in Canada and she's in India).

can i send my passport alone to Ottawa with out my spouse's passport(as she's in India and waiting for VO change for her), or do i have to wait until get reply from CIC? or any other suggestions would be really appreciated

Both Number Are Same!

Call them on their Contact Centre Telephone number, maybe you should just wait a day or so before checking, their tracking system is not very dynamic (real-time).

For me it took 2 days to show the records. Till the message was the same.
