My parents have multiple visitor visa and they are in Canada right now.

They want to visit my brother who is in states for couple of days and come back to Canada again.

can they enter Canada again or should they wait for any time frame before entering in to canada again.

Depends how long they have already been in Canada. If they have been spending too much time here and/or it looks like they are trying to live here, they could have problems at the border.

They have been in canada from past 1 month only. overall they will be in Canada for less than 6 months.
 
I am also in the similar situation. My mom is coming from India to US in Feb to meet my sisters and she wants to visit us in Canada for a couple of months and then go back to US. Can she visit canada for a couple of months and then go back to USA? Will there be any issue at the immigration?

There probably won't be any issues. It all depends on the officer she meets at the POE

Ok. But any idea how long can she stay? It has to be 6 months overall (US and Canada combined?) if that is the case, can she go back to India from Canada without going to US?

How long she is allowed to stay will depend on the officer she meets at the port of entry. It would probably be for 6 months (Canada stay)
