My Case:

June'2011 - July'2013- Job A
Sep'013 - Current - Job B

Will I need to produce roles and responsibility letter from my employer in JOB B also?

If Job B is your current job, I'd say yes. Especially given that most of your experience is there.

If you're claiming points for Job 2, then you're required to get the reference letter from your current employer or else you can simply state it in your personal history and not in the work history.

Yes, you're going to need 3 yrs experience to claim maximum points. You're going to need an employment letter with all the necessary details (duties, weekly working hours, salary etc) and payslips (as an additional proof, not mandatory)

Just to add on here, my spouse is the primary applicant. I don't think points are added for my work experience. If no, I would want to avoid obtaining the letter.

Yes, you don't need to show any experience letter, unless you have Candian work experience. Mention your work experience in the personal section only.

If I get the roles and responsibilities from my colleague do i need to get it notarized?
