My wife and I were married back in August. She wants to visit me on a visitor visa, she has no job, and is currently studying, she does have a apprentice certificate as a hair salon stylist. She has a mother who she lives with, and has around 15k in her mother's bank account. Her mother also owns a house which would be my wife's after. How can I show the officer's that she has ties to her home country and what requirements would I need to fill to be able to get her case approved?

Based on your posting history, it would be best to start the spousal PR application instead of attempting a TRV.

IMO, your wife has slim to none chances of a TRV approval. Her mom has more ties to their home country than your wife. And, of course, your wife cannot include her mom's ties + future scenarios don't count (Read: Her mom's house, her mom's finances, etc)
