I have the same score, except my Speaking part is 6.5 (need at least 7 for CLB9). Do you think I should apply for re-evaluation?

I got 7.0 for speaking 4-5 years ago before coming to Canada and studying here

It's already close to Nov 24 00:00 now.
Where did you get "noon" from?
