I have a flight book for Jamaica but lost my pr Card.Anyone know what processing times are? My ticket is only for one week

It's unlikely to be processed by the time you need it. Maybe change your route home to go via the USA / Canada Land border instead?

In that case you have two options.
1) go to Jamaica, apply for a PRTD there and wait it out..
2) reschedule the visit.
