Why does it say on my gcms notes location: PA - PUT AWAY

That is just a way of representing your file. See the note, if it is just an activity, its is irrelevant.

Please help I am worried......

My wife's passport was expiring in March 2019. So we got her passport renewed on July, 2018. I raised CSE and informed IRCC and uploaded the renewed passport on Aug 2018. They acknowledged it and asked me to send a CSE to NDVO also I did the same but no response from NDVO received
I received PPR in October 20 and sent our passports to VFS for NDVO. I have sent her new and old cancelled passport to NDVO.

However, now when my application is approved today and I see the following issue in my document status table against my wife's name:
Travel Document number - Old passport number

Expiry date against all of us (Myself- Primary Applicatant, and 3 dependents). - Date of expiry of my wife's old Passport - which is March 2019.

Although, I have not received the passport yet, and VFS status still shows that it is being processed in New Delhi, yet I assume, that since the document status shows this, they would stamp the passports with expiry date of March 2019. Even though my medical date is August 2018 and none of our passports expiring before 2028.

My wifes document is showing valid in GC key but its cancelled and renewed???

I have already raised CSE and sent email to NDVO with sub "URGENT"

Has anyone faced similar issue.

Please guide what can be done and if there is any way to rectify/resolve this.

Thanks

You need to wait and see. It takes 3-5 weeks for IRCC to revert back to CSE.

If you have sent the renewed passport, IRCC will take that into consideration.

@legalfalcon

Since I did not get any relevant reply on whatsapp group, I am here to ask a question about the new webpage of EE profile after declining Oct ITA.

CRS score and everything is same, however, there is a top right box which I have never seen before. That box contains (or requires) biometrics info. It was not there before and since I am from Asia, I do not require that this year.

I will be looking forward to yours and other experts’ reply. If anyone has similar situation — could you please share? That would be really useful.

Thanks.

If you do not have to provide biometric info, you can simply ignore it.

Thank you @legalfalcon ..there is one doubt my gcms shows eligibility not met - for refusal, do you think it may change after they receive additional documents which I provide through CSE ?bcz til now I didn't see any changes and it's more then 6 month now fr me..I'm really worried...as you mentioned once in forum that they will send some latter to explain myself I mean last chance...but in my case seems agent just decided to refuse..that's what my notes says...

Before an application is refused, a procedural fairness letter is always sent.

Thanks ! Have read this post already before but it does not answer the query i am facing.... Can you comment?

Can you please post your question again.

Based on the notes most likely it is for your documents, where the analyst is referring the documents to be reviewed by an officer before a final decision. I would not worry much about it.
Thank you very much for your reply. I just so worried about it because I applied from quebec but I attached a letter to show my intention to move out of quebec.

@legalfalcon, please what options does one have, i got ppr and have submitted my passport since 5th of Nov and no update, we need the passport nextweek for an important training outside the country. I have sent mails, they don’t respond. That is Accra VO.

I takes 3-5 weeks for IRCC or the VO to respond back. Unfortunately you will have to wait it out.

Thanks for your advice though to pay for RPRF through their link, it helped me skip the period of having them request and all.

@legalfalcon Just received my GCMS notes and need your help with reviewing them. LinkToNotes

Current situation:
FWS-O. Indian Citizen. US resident. AoR: May 30, 2018
Primary Office: CPC-Ottawa. Secondary Office: Central Intake Office
Eligibility: Review Required (Since June 28, 2018)
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

1. Not sure about the reason behind review required. It feels like it is because of Work Experience but I am not sure.

2. There is an "Application Assessment" section which has a Due date of Nov 24, 2018. Does that due date have any real significance?

3. Based on my reading of the notes it seems like following are Appears Met: A11.2, R75, Funds. Does that sound right? In the notes separators aren't clear so should I read the notes as "PLEASE REVIEW. A11.2" or "A11.2: Appears Met".

4. Do you see any other red flags. Any suggestions for next course of action! I will complete 6 months end of this month.

Thanks in advance!

No need to be concerned about. The review required is for the ministerial instructions 3. IF there a salary missing in one of your work reference letters? Apart from that everything looks good.

The due date is a system generated date to remind the officer, but it is irrelevant as most applications are either processed way before it or keep sitting way past it.

Thanks @legalfalcon . Salary was missing in one of the work experience letters, but I proactively sent raised a CSE and sent an updated version with salary in August. Also, I originally gave 6 work experience letters covering 10 years. 4 other letters were perfect. Not sure why they just chose just 2 out of 6 work experience letters.

Should I reach out to them at six months.

Thanks once again!

Hi there,

I saw you giving valuable suggestion to whoever need help in this forum, I have applied for PR and its been 21 months waiting, your professional advise would be really grateful.

I applied PR in March 2017, I have waited for 21 months and I order GCMS notes in the last 3 months and they are all the same, no updated since March 2018 and security Not Start.

I tried to use web form and call CIC to get an answer, but all I got is useless response.

Do you know what should I at this very moment? or where I can get an answer?

Thank you for your time,
Look forward to hearing from you

Regards,
Dante

Hello @legalfalcon

I am planning my submit my application tomorrow. Have some doubts regarding address, personal and travel history. Appreciate your valuable inputs!

1) Address History
a) Is entering digit zero okay in street number, if we don't have any number?
b) Since there is no postal code field for Indian address, is it okay to mention postal code in street name section?
c) Is district same as state in India?
d) Since there cannot be gaps in address history, what should i write for transit times?
Like for example, i left US on Aug 15th and reached India on Aug 17th. I can write till Aug15th as US address and from Aug 17th as Indian address. How to fill Aug 16th day (transit) and what should i write in the country and street name? Should i leave and explain in LOE?

2) Travel History
a) I have filled my travel history in the following way based on arrival/departure(Indian stamps) and admitted USA stamps. Please check couple of my entries let me know if i did it in the right way.
From Dec 18th 2006 Hyderabad to Dec 18th 2006 (Admitted) US Purpose is doing my MS
From August 10th 2010 USA to Aug 12th 2010 Hyderabad Purpose is to reside permanently in India
From March 08th 2013 Hyderabad to March 9th USA (Admitted) Purpose for employment.

3) Personal History
a) I am 32 years old. My education is done more than 10 years ago, since they ask for only last 10 years, should i remove the education entries and fill only till last 10 years?
b) I have an employment which i did not mention in my work history and not claiming points. I have my tax run on different state, while i worked and resided in another state in USA. Is it okay to mention my address truthfully and explain this in LOE?
C) Is it okay to mention Out of status in status field (Schedule A Background form) in personal history? My employer did not pay me for 3 months, and i am not sure if he cancelled my H-1B or not. I left before my visa end date. But i don't want to misrepresent and want to say that i was unpaid. So can i put the status as H-1B or out of status if i am not sure about it? I am not claiming points for this employment.Your advise on this one?

Thanks for your time and understanding, please help!
