hello everyone
I need to have answer on two questions please

My wife’s sister is PR of Canada on next year

Can she sponsor us ..I mean her sister
And if yes how long does it takes

As well My wife is a fluent French speaker and I am almost 43 and I couldn’t really score a very high scores in IELTS ..is it doable to get acceptance for her in Quebec to study technical diploma or vocational which is 1800 hrs which is the pathway to Reid envy after that as they say knowing that she is 38 now .would they give her a study visa

Or any idea on mind to migrate to Canada

Note: we are a resident of Australia

Thanks a million

Your wife's sister can only sponsor you if she meets all of the following requirements:

- she has no husband or common law partner
- she has no children
- both of her parents are deceased
- she has no other family members in Canada (e.g. aunt, uncle)

For the rest of your questions, you need to post them to the skilled worker sections of the forum.

You my wife sister meet all the above or my wife ?
Sorry I am not really quite sure about the process
Thanks for being patient

She is married to a Canadian and her parents still a life
Then she can't sponsor. You have to find a way to immigrate on your own.
