Work experience while studying (outside Canada)

Hello,

I have been working at a company (outside Canada) for the past 2 years (full time 40hr/week). But for the first 6 months on this work experience I was still in college (we had full-time internships in final semester). This was during the final semester of my Master's degree.

I am confused if can count 2 years of work experience or only 1.5 years. If anyone has any idea about this please help me out. Thank you very much!
