That's INR 100,000 a month, right?
And, you are no longer on probation, right?

Does the terms of your employment allow you to work/manage your own businesses?

I am a sleeping partner.yes my company has no such rules.

When is your second baby due?
After 4 years

Does the terms of her employment allow her to work/manage your own businesses?
No she is a sleeping partner in that company, there is no objection if she is a sleeping partner.

Hey Bryanna could you please reply
If you ask my honest opinion, your paperwork is not convincing and seems messed up. To the best of my knowledge, most multinational companies won't allow an employee to work elsewhere and/or to manage private businesses whilst holding a job. Even time-wise, someone would find it extremely difficult to multi-task on so many fronts.

Also, it's probably a typo in your previous post that your second baby is due in four years.

As your visit plans are too close to the baby's delivery in February 2019 (?), does your wife intend to deliver the baby in Canada? If yes, hope you have researched the risks involved, the financial implications including for serious complications, that the baby won't give you/your wife any visa or immigration advantages, would your wife be allowed to board the flight in her advanced pregnancy, etc

Hey can I say it’s an investment in the company where I will get yearly income.

Please help me with this issue how to take my next step

The visa officer will most likely not be convinced if you apply given your current situation.

I recommend you seek the advice/assistance of immigration consultants (not travel agents) because it seems like your paperwork is a mess. IMO, you need professional help to verify your documents for consistency of facts + to prepare your applications.

Also, as your wife has been on extended maternity leave, there's nothing stopping her from extending this leave for a few more months. Basically, at the moment, her employment is not a compelling reason to return
