Its is not about what matches or not. IRCC only cares about whether your Job duties listed in the work reference letter substantially match that of the NOC selected. If they do, you are all good.

I have said it many times, VO is irrelevant. What matters is that your application is moving and not wt what VO it is. IRCC moves applications for administrative reasons.

Your should request GCMS notes and see where your application is at.

So my GCMC notes says that my file paper based file is in-transit from Vancouver office to Winnipeg ( As that's the closest one to SK). And my file was transferred due to heavy workload.

I have already passed the eligibility & criminality check. If you may let me know what to check in order to understand the stage and how long it might take for them to make final decision...,?

There is no formal appeal process. Before a refusal is given IRCC will send your a procedural fairness letter. This is your last chance to convince IRCC of your eligibility. After the decision is made, the only recourse is to file a judicial review application before the Federal Court.

Please help I am worried......

My wife's passport was expiring in March 2019. So we got her passport renewed on July, 2018. I raised CSE and informed IRCC and uploaded the renewed passport on Aug 2018. They acknowledged it and asked me to send a CSE to NDVO also I did the same but no response from NDVO received
I received PPR in October 20 and sent our passports to VFS for NDVO. I have sent her new and old cancelled passport to NDVO.

However, now when my application is approved today and I see the following issue in my document status table against my wife's name:
Travel Document number - Old passport number

Expiry date against all of us (Myself- Primary Applicatant, and 3 dependents). - Date of expiry of my wife's old Passport - which is March 2019.

Although, I have not received the passport yet, and VFS status still shows that it is being processed in New Delhi, yet I assume, that since the document status shows this, they would stamp the passports with expiry date of March 2019. Even though my medical date is August 2018 and none of our passports expiring before 2028.

My wifes document is showing valid in GC key but its cancelled and renewed???

I have already raised CSE and sent email to NDVO with sub "URGENT"

Has anyone faced similar issue.

Please guide what can be done and if there is any way to rectify/resolve this.

Since I did not get any relevant reply on whatsapp group, I am here to ask a question about the new webpage of EE profile after declining Oct ITA.

CRS score and everything is same, however, there is a top right box which I have never seen before. That box contains (or requires) biometrics info. It was not there before and since I am from Asia, I do not require that this year.

I will be looking forward to yours and other experts’ reply. If anyone has similar situation — could you please share? That would be really useful.

Thank you @legalfalcon ..there is one doubt my gcms shows eligibility not met - for refusal, do you think it may change after they receive additional documents which I provide through CSE ?bcz til now I didn't see any changes and it's more then 6 month now fr me..I'm really worried...as you mentioned once in forum that they will send some latter to explain myself I mean last chance...but in my case seems agent just decided to refuse..that's what my notes says...

Based on the notes most likely it is for your documents, where the analyst is referring the documents to be reviewed by an officer before a final decision. I would not worry much about it.

I got a few questions in mind.

1. My express entry profile will expire on Dec 27, 2018 I recently received an ITA and my deadline is on January 15, 2019. Should I continue processing?

2. I am thinking when to take my medical examination. Does landing depend on the actual date of medical examination or when the medical is approved?

3. Is employer reference letter the same as Certificate of Employment?

4. I got a requirement for Family member proof of status and also have proof of Pr/Citizenship of sibling. Is this both the same because ill just be uploading a PR card of the same person. Or was this requirement due to the fact that I declared my sibling again as a Family member?
