Hello everyone
I got medical req, aor and SA for my wife file. But the name of my wife is wrong not according to file submitted. What should i do? My lawyer told me they requested cic to correct it. Should i put case specific enquiry by myself???

No AOR yet.
It’s been almost 100 days. The last response from IRCC was the biometric payment receiving confirmation.

Ditto here.
Not a word since the Biometric receipt was re-sent via email to the CIC Agent (initially submitted via the web-form).
Current status on IRCC automated call support - Application received on August 7th.

In my family recently we have three spouses cases and for all of them they transferred to ndvo when bg went in process.. so..
I think all marriage pictures and ceremonies in pictures will be verified by ndvo...

have the medical passed yet?

Like I mentioned, I got an email from CIC that the file has been transferred to CPC Mississauga but my spouse's status doesnt show that she has passed the medical or they recieved. Both my ECAS and GCKEY show the status that they have sent out a medical request.

Mine was also received on 31th August. I hope we get AOR soon. However, there are many people with no AOR before us!

I called cic today. They told me that Sept 18th is being worked on now, and they have a 4-8 week wait to hear about aors. So if u are a month behind it's possible you hear any time now, or even still in a few weeks.

I sent a query via the IRCC web form this morning and surprisingly enough got the response same day in the afternoon.

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We have received your application and it will be processed according to the date it was received.

Furthermore, we verified the information on file and are pleased to confirm that the Bio-metrics Payment was received by the responsible office."

My guess is, without the bio-metrics, IRCC may consider the application incomplete, in which case, the package gets pushed behind according to the date the Bio-metrics payment is actually received, and therefore the delay in processing.
