Can I extend PGWP?

My PGWP is expiring in 2 months

I already applied for permanent residency, already got invitation and sent them documents, its been 2 months already.

Which work permit should I apply for right now to stay in Canada while waiting for permanent residency decision?

You can't "extend" a PGWP, as it's specifically non-extendable. You may be able to apply for a Bridging OWP.

in the form, there is a question..

"Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada?"

Should I answer Yes here or No? Bec right now I only got invitation to apply for PR, but they haven't approved my PR yet.

note: by answering Yes, it opens the option for "Open Work Permit", but by answering No, it doesnt show the option "Open Work Permit"

AIP is a specific step in the PR application process. If you had received AIP, you would have been notified.

I don't think that is correct. I see nothing there regarding "Approval in Principle". That's not the same as "Application in Progress".

Did you get AOR? If so, you should say "yes" to being approved in principle.

yes, and yes i already submitted my OWP application
