Visitor Visa

Hi friends
I'm new here
can some one advise me on;
(a) I am Indian passport holder and just got Canada's multiple visitor visa from out side of India. May I start my travel only from that country where I got visa or I can start my journey to Canada from India also?
(b) Please advise, is it mandatory to visit immediately after get visa or i can change my plan for first visit?
