Expired visa but valid study permit, can I fly to another cities within Canada?

My temporary residence visa has expired in the end of september but my study permit and co-op work permit is valid until 2020. I was just wondering if I am able to fly to another city in Canada in this situation, will I face any problems in the airports? Thanks

There are no immigration controls when flying within Canada.
