Simply fax it! Don't resend anything by post or email. You will get the acknowledgement in a few hours if you send before the opening hours of the office. Please do specify your file number if possible.
Please let me know if you get your Aor2 ? If you get before me i guess than i will have to contact iqas as my uni docs were delivered on 01-oct-18.

I sent my transcripts to IQAS in Sept and received AOR2 on Oct 5th. But i have not sent my degree certificates yet. Do i need to send them once they ask for it or is to be sent beforehand?

Either way is fine, I waited cause my degree was not ready and after crazy follow ups, so many irritating & frustrating moments finally received it last week...... I got email today and replied with degrees immediately but all this might increase my timeline for 2 to 3 weeks or more but again I had no option luckily I got degree last week ...
@YPS as per the current trend of 2 months after AOR2, am expecting my report by Dec 5th. But if sending degree would increase the timeline means that it'll get extended to Week 3 of Dec which is generally holiday season in Canada.Either way is fine, I waited cause my degree was not ready and after crazy follow ups, so many irritating & frustrating moments finally received it last week...... I got email today and replied with degrees immediately but all this might increase my timeline for 2 to 3 weeks or more but again I had no option luckily I got degree last week ...
Which email ID should i send it to?? Also, is sending a Fax advisable if they have a Fax number??

I got rejection mail from IQAS for my MBA from SMU-DE because I had done it from outside India
After seeing so many positive reviews I too expected to get a successful evaluation but my MBA was from an institute in UAE, however my transcripts were sent by SMU directly to IQAS.
This is the reply I received:"
"Thank you for submitting your educational documents for evaluation to the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).
Unfortunately, we are unable to complete an assessment of your Master of Business Administration degree because the Sikkim Manipal University, Campus of the UAE, does not meet the IQAS recognition criteria.
Namely, IQAS policy does not allow for the accepting of a degree from the Sikkim Manipal University that had been obtained outside of the main campus and outside of the country (Gangtok, Sikkim, India)."
Anyone in the same situation as me ?? Should I try my luck with ICES. Your reply will be very helpful

Write reference number on top n send on both, you can ask the same through Web form contact that on which email id to send, they are prompt in reply usually reply within 48 hours. ... And current timeline after AOR2 is 2.5 months...... Unless they expedite to finish before vacation.....

I am also waiting for the ECA report...after going through the comments over the past few weeks in this thread, now I am also not sure when will I receive my ECA report. At first I was expecting that I would get it in the first week of november bt now it seems IQAS has again fallen back to their standard schedule of 12 to 13 weeks from AOR..

My AOR is 6th September. I called in IQAS yesterday and they informed me that the current timeline is upto 15 weeks and I could expect ECA report in December. Patience is competing with the wait game.
