By default the countries will be listed in french, to see the english version, I think you need to see the translated version of the arrima portal in english.
You can do this via translate feature in the mozilla firefox and other browsers.

I have just checked it . United States is there in the list. But not in the right order of countries (because the order still goes with the french wording of countries even if you have translated to the English via browser)
Ok - Do exactly I say to select USA. First dropdown the list but do not click on any country, rather press U on the keyboard few times. This way, you will get the United States in the drop down list.
Yes, you get 5 points each for comprehension orale and production orale as long as you scored 16 or more out of 25 in each of those sections of the Delf exam. For comprehension écrite And production écrite, You get 1 point each as long as you score 16/25 or more in each section.
Once u selected u will receive invitation to apply, otherwise try to increase u r points and increase your chances for invitation

Now my hired consultant says that i m highly qualified for this program also. So he wants to switch me in this new program. But online assessment form shows that i m not eligible to apply. I hv this information

For EDUCATION - 10 points, AOT -6 , experience- 8, IELTS -4, AGE-16, spouse points - education-3 points, aot -3. Age-3 and kids -4 and for financial self sufficiency-1 u r not eligible for Quebec.....
According to your calculation I may have got 61 because I have bachelor 4 yrs in CSE Master 1 yr in Computer Science, 10 yrs job exp, wife, 2 children but wife doesn't have education. How many chance to get invitation from Arrima?
