I too had the same reason of refusal ..you can reapply with strong cover letter or with SOP attaching ITRs and funds if you have, stating why you would return back to your country.You might get approval in a day or two as well as they have already checked your medical and eligibility

Thank you Davin... How do we get the SOP? And funds? You mean banks statement?

You didn't attach statement of purpose (sop) last time? By funds I meant fixed deposit or something just to make your case strong

Statement of purpose was attached the last time plus fixed statement of account. So what they are saying now is that they are not sure he's going to return home and not have a strong travelling history... but we would reapply like you've said... Thanks for the time given, I really appreciate it!
