Living in North Vancouver

If you're asking about having to meet the LICO North Van is probably out of your price range
Why?
The cost of living in North Van is very high. The LICO rates are pretty low so if your family is not meeting the LICO you would probably have difficulty with things like the expensive rent vs other areas in greater Vancouver.
But there are always satellite families out there who foreign income would not counted as Canadian for the sake of not meeting LICO.
