This is quite a conundrum, isn't it? Either way, misrepresentation was committed in one of the applications.Then why, on your initial PR application, did you say you had been divorced?
Or is that an error?
If one says they're divorced in applications that aren't in the family class (such as Canadian experience or express entry), do they then not have to provide a divorce certificate? Because it seems OP said they were divorced, didn't have to provide any proof of it (obviously as they don't have any) and now the truth came out.
