I am married to a Canadian (non resident) and living abroad together. I want to apply for the PR. If I am not intending to live in Canada,How many times am I allowed to renew my PR?

You can't apply for PR via Family Class sponsorship if your sponsor does not intend to return to Canada permanently once you are granted PR status. This is a mandatory part of Canadian citizen abroad sponsorship.
