there is no list.. usually any university approved by UGC is under that list.. go to their website.. and search the anme

mbaqanga only from iim is considered degree rest are all considered diploma

For WES, one's higher education should be of 6 years (Bachelors+Maters), if it is less than 6 years then IQES is recommended

Not true. Mine was just an year still got Masters' equivalency from WES. Though had Bachelors (4 years) and others' Masters (3.5 years) still got equivalency of Bachelor's for that. So the thing is it depends upon country of education. The one I got the Masters equivalency was from UK whereas the other two from India.
