Yeah seems like you haven't followed my posts else you would have known the story Many here are now fed up of that.

My AOR is 19 June and MEP is 04 July and after that nothing. This is because my file is at Montreal VO and after 2 months of research I have established it is one of the slowest visa office and chances of PPR before 5.5+ months after AOR are minimal. I have heard about Montreal office delays in your previous posts but did never knew your file is there too.Hope it gets processed soon. Thanks for sharing it for nth time.
