Hi @yvrgirl ,do you know if your mom had to do another xray after the negative sputum test? And was the scar from a previous TB diagnosis or after the negative test did they just pass her?
Yes, she has to do another xray exam after 8 weeks. My Mom said that when they were small kids they lived in their grandma's house who has TB at that time. My mom's siblings have the scar too, however they are all negative for TB.

Hi everybody,

If MyCIC account do show that PCC and travel doc are required to upload, but there are no messages /letter received to talk about the details how to do. Normally how long needs to wait for the message / letters sent. When I click into the submitted application, I can see that Medical, PCC & travel doc are required. Only received Medical messages was received and give guide to do. However, all are required to upload within 1 month as stated. I just worry dont have enough time to do PCC & travel doc if still no message to be received.

Thanks all

Hello,
I have been following this thread for a very long time, however this is my first post as I thought that this would be best place to get help. I have submitted a pr sponsorship application for my parents who live in India in May 2018 and it has reached the stage where they have asked for medical and pcc. The problem here is with pcc as it is requested for all countries from 18 years of age . My parents lived in Thailand, Indonesia and China from 1991. All efforts are being made to get pcc but practically it seems impossible to get one from any of those countries for almost 25 years back and not being there physically. Stressed on how to proceed further. Will the IRCC accept a letter stating the facts and practical difficulties in obtaining pcc ? What might other options be ? Will they reject the application ? Worried!! Please help!

Do the best you can. If records dating decades in the past cannot be found, I would suggest getting a letter from the relevant country's consulate indicating so.

Hi,
I have been trying to link my application online. I have tried all possible combinations and nothing worked. Does anyone know how many family members are included in the application? I am sponsoring my mum (principal applicant), my dad and my dependent brother. My husband is a co-signer and we have a 2year old daughter making us a family of 6?? I tried that and it still didn't work. I received my AOR Oct 1st .
