U r in ip2 . N CSE should not be raised till there is some urgency !
 
Does the first line, the eligibility status change at all or does it stay the same throughout? I'll feel better once eligibility is done, background check I'm not worried about

It stays the same until you get your visa.

Hey I guess you asked me this in PM. Now I know the answer!! The second one. From what I read in the forums if you choose the first one sometimes you will never receive notes. So pay 5$
