What did the pre-arrival service letter say, I didn't get that
It's a generic letter providing website links for adaptation services for newcomers to Canada. Means nothing, really. Sometimes it is followed by PPR, but not always. Some people had received several of them (look at the SS).

Hi,
My Parents file has been transferred to New Delhi from Ottawa for further eligibility and admissibility check.
This was after medical, PCC etc were received, did someone else had similiar situation.
My case was in Warsaw but London made BC and second medical, got PPR from Warsaw

Yulia

In my case, received the PPR on Oct 11th. Parents are in the US, wanting to fly from US to Canada, will require Visa as they are Philippine Passport holders.

Instructions on the email received said to send thru VFS ( email was from manila office). can i send to ottawa? or do i need to wait for another email from Ottawa to give me instructions to do so. i now have 25 days left
its official service, I believe sure use them

@YULIA-2016
VO should be London. though there is no formal email or any thing yet. Can you please currently put London on SS.

Thanks

same here, my parents got theirs done a day after your mom did :( fingers crossed for the both of us. I can't believe this process is more stressful now that it's towards the end!
Update: New Delhi Visa office sent me an email last night saying they have requested further medical tests to the doctor for my mom.
My folks will contact panel physician tomorrow about what those tests are.
That is the update from my side. Tensed a bit. All the best to you!
Note: My LVO was Ottawa otherwise.

1) Passport office is better. I've read of cases where PCC from local police station was rejected.
2) No, I don't think there is anyway to send it directly. When IRCC requests it, you would either have to upload it to MyCIC (GCKEY) or email it to them, depending on the what the instructions advise you to do.

Another question on PCC:

When you get request for PCC, does CIC indicate how recent PCC needs to be?

Thanks for the update @oliveoyl. The Doc that checked my parents said my mom was good but saw some spots on dad's xray. Tensed and stressed is an understatement with regards to how I've been feeling. I know I will be getting that email soon since the Doc already told him to come back next week for more testing. Both my parents are Indian as well but current country is the Philippines, LVO Ottawa too. Thanks a lot for the update and I really hope we both get past this. All the best to you.

btw sometimes it takes couple days to receive an email confirmation regarding DM... check your email on Friday eve :)
Thanks. I am in no rush. I am more worried about connecting file with online CIC account.

Hi All,

I called CIC today and I was told that I have been approved as a sponsor and that our file has been transferred to Manila , I haven't
received the Sponsor Approval letter yet and the update in the CIC account says it's on process, anyhow I will just wait for the email then and
update and CIC account, it was a relief though :)

I'm at line 115 and our country of origin is Philippines.

Thanks! :)
