Dear All
I am a Canadian PR working in Toronto and recently migrated.
I have to apply spouse visa for my wife .
We have been staying in Singapore Prior to this.
My question is :-

Is it mandatory to attach police clearance certificate during application submission itself or we can do it after getting application number .

Also for India PCC

Her Address on passport is different from where she is staying now.

So we need to have PCC from residential state or current state where she is staying now

For Singapore, you submit the PR app without it. IRCC will send a letter for you to apply.

The Indian PCC needs to be for her current address.

Hi
i'm canadian and i have been living in mexico for the last 8 years
i have married a mexican woman 3 years ago and she have 2 daughters,1 is 27 years old and the other is 16 years old.
we plan to go live in canada on jun next year(2019) so in about 8 months from now.
i was wondering if any one here would help me by providing me with some information on how i should proceed to achieve the process of going back to live in canada with my mexican family.
i read that it's better and faster to start the process outland ,since i just started to read about Spousal Sponsorship there are many question left in my mind as how i should do everything and i would love to get some information from people experiencing the same experience.
thank you

You need to follow the guide and checklist. The 27 year old is not a dependent and can't be included in the app.

Hi, Please help me to answer my questions.

My application for permanent residency is at process at the moment (my father sponsored me). The last time I checked my application the label was "Decision made" and the immigration already requested for my passport. Now if my application will be approve, I'm planning to sponsor my long term boyfriend, we've been together for 4 years. I did not include him as a family member since we can not identify as common law partner since we did not lived together. Can I sponsor him in the future under conjugal partner even though I din't include him as family member? Pls answer me thank you.

You are not required to declare your partner in the current app. To qualify for conjugal sponsorship, there must be legal and immigration barriers preventing you from marrying or becoming common-law.

Hello, my husband went for his interview in Rabat today.

We applied last October, got approved for sponsorship in December, they asked for additional information in April and he also did his medical at this time. And then last week he was called for an interview. He said that he felt that it went well, it only took about 30 minutes and they asked for more information that he had brought.

The one thing that concerns me is that he was asked to bring his passport, but they did not keep it and they returned it to him at the end of the interview.

We do have an age difference. I am 10 years older, and I have children and he does not have any children. He is Muslim and I was raised Catholic. So it is a mixed marriage.

My question is whether or not it is a bad thing that they did not keep his passport or am I reading too much into this?

Hello,

I have a question for you all. I sent my application package to Sydney two months ago and I haven't heard any thing from IRCC. Is that normal? Also I am the sponsor, my partner is the PA. When we try to use the PA's account to link the application, it constantly failed. Does anyone know what should I do to keep track of my application?

Thank you very much!

Hi

It's pretty much normal. Most of us with similar timeline are waiting to hear from IRCC. My application was delivered to them around 2 months ago and still no acknowledgement yet. Hopefully within 2-3 weeks we can expect something.

if we can prove that she is still dependent on us we can include here in it,like we still pay here university and rent etc...she is not coming but we still have to include here in the process,so i am been told

It doesn't matter if you pay her rent and university. Unless she is dependent on you because of a physical or mental condition, which is unlikely since she doesn't live with you, she is not a dependent and is not included in the app.
